Carlene Carter Fan Club: Music

This was the third and last solo album that June Carter Cash recorded. Carlene sings background vocals on four tracks: "Keep On The Sunny Side," "Kneeling Drunkard's Plea," "Temptation," and "Will You Miss Me When I'm Gone."

"Keep On The Sunny Side" earned June Carter Cash the Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance, over fellow-nominees Patty Loveless, Martina McBride, Dolly Parton, and Shania Twain.

The album also won Best Traditional Folk Album (as did her previous "Press On" CD in 1999).
